Course Overview

The Pit Games Course is designed to provide students with complete and comprehensive training in all areas of Table Games Dealing. The Course Introduction begins with teaching new students the rules and common procedures to all games, equipment used, and dealer and player positions. California and Nevada dealing styles are all taught as well as technique in single-deck pitch, double-deck pitch, and dealing from the shoe. This course also includes intensive training with all ShuffleMaster Machines ( The Ace Machine, The King Machine, The Multi-Deck Machine) .

Practical application of dealing lessons

Instruction includes card shuffling, tray maintenance, chip cutting, game opening/closing and fills, cash layout for change, coloring up and conversions, payoff drills, procedures on multi-hands, splitting pairs, doubling down, game control and security, customer service, job interview and audition techniques.

Course Length

Our Blackjack / Pai Gow Poker / Mini-Bac / Carnival Games Course is 100 hours. The average completion time for this course 5 weeks. This includes final test, pre-audition and audition. Upon passing, the student will receive their certification. A student may attend as long as he/she needs to complete the course at no extra cost!

Expected Outcome

Our course is designed for the student who has no prior experience in the Casino Dealing field and wishes to enter the industry immediately upon graduation. The reasonable diligent student can expect employment as a private party event dealer, tournament dealer, or entry level dealer at any type of casino, casino company or card room.
