Course Overview

Our Flash/Flair Bartending Course is designed to provide students intensive training with the aspects of entertainment pouring! Beginning with the Introduction and History, you will start with the basic mechanics and structure of the "How to's" of weight distribution and comfort level handling the bottles and tins for holding, throwing catching and spinning techniques.

The objective is to produce a capable student with a level of physical understanding of competence and confidence for the necessary skill and theatrics needed to perform at a professional or retail level.

Beginning Course Outline

Total Class Hours: 4

Introduction--History of beginnings, why and how it can serve you!
Use of Video--tricks of the trade
Bottles and tins
Stalls, slight of hand
Weight distribution and comfort level
Misdirection of bottles
Flipping and switching; left and right hands
Catching, throwing, holding, spinning
Front, back, over and behind / Blind catching
Develop routine

Intermediate/Advanced Course Outline

Total Class Hours: 4

Need to Pour
2 item juggling
Advanced throw and catches
Use of video--competitions and exhibition
Speed and fire
Advanced routine development

Our course is designed for the student who wishes to have more fun and excel above the rest. The reasonable diligent student can expect his/her skill and performance to improve status, standards and/or earnings which is useful in today's job market!.
