Ric started as a Blackjack dealer in 1979 working for his father at the Stardust Hotel where he learned to deal Poker, Pai Gow and Roulette. He also worked at the Tropicana, becoming a duel rate and Floor Supervisor. He then completed a formal Craps Dealing School in Las Vegas and worked at O'Shea's Casino as a Craps Dealer before moving into the Flamingo where he was a Craps Dealer, Boxman, Floor Supervisor, Pit Boss and Assistant Shift Manager. From there, he became the Floor Supervisor, Pit Boss and Training Center Supervisor at Barona Valley Resort in San Diego . At Primm Valley Casino, he was Boxman and Floor Supervisor. Ric opened New York , New York as Boxman, Floor Supervisor, Pit Boss, and Assistant Shift Manager and has personally dealt every live Table Game (Blackjack, Pai Gow, Mini-Bac, All Carnival Games, Roulette, Poker and Craps).
