Bartending Instructor and Bookkeeper

Rocky is from Texas and relocated to San Diego and is a semi-retired accountant who came to our school for training. Immediately after graduating, she started a new career in bartending and is currently working in the Gaslamp Quarters. Not only does she do our books, we were so impressed by here abilities, we felt she would be a great addition to our bartending staff and our students agree.
